This includes, but is not limited to, newsletters, subscriber lists, videos, courses, and other digital products. Your creative work is your intellectual property, and we respect that.

However, to operate, promote, and improve the platform, we require certain rights to your content. By posting your content on FondantFans, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, distribute, and create derivative works of your content. Importantly, this license does not give us ownership of your content; you retain all rights to your work.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your account and these TOS.
